Refunds are to be discussed with your stylist/barber. Rustic Sky Salon does not do refunds for each stylist as they are their own individual company inside of Rustic Sky Salon.

Steps:

Call/Text or come in to discuss concerns.

All stylist and barbers do offer corrections for a limited time frame.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
